Richard Lloyd

Richard is a seasoned consultant, manager, facilitator
and trainer who has worked across a wide range of industries
and market sectors, he brings enthusiasm and energy to his
assignments together with the benefits of his considerable
operational experience. Richard’s key focus is on helping
people and organisations to achieve improved performance.
As a
consultant he has operated globally, marketing, developing and
executing training courses and workshops in change and
performance improvement and facilitating many meetings, mostly
where the outcome was critical to the business bottom line and
where design of an appropriate process was critical.
He also worked
for SHL Group (formerly Saville and Holdsworth) in the global
role of business partnership manager, being responsible for
establishing and developing relationships with key HR software
suppliers such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle and Microsoft with
the aim of embedding psychometric testing in these suppliers’
HR applications.
At ForthRoad,
Richard was involved in designing and executing meetings and
workshops focusing on change, for a variety of clients, and in
running training sessions in project support, facilitation
skills and meeting management.
In business
operations, Richard worked mainly for a variety of software
companies, including successful spells as operations director
for Mantix Systems, European sales director of Holistic
Systems (now Seagate Systems) and as managing director of
Metier Management Systems UK & Middle East (now Artemis
International), the world’s first and leading supplier of
project management software.
He has set up
European distribution networks, implemented change programs in
a number of companies and delivered outstanding growth
results.
Richard has
now formed
Transforming People Ltd
– an organisation which focuses on implementing the people
aspects of change.

Arthur Lloyd

Arthur
spent his whole working life with Scottish Widows, one of the
UK’s leading life assurance and pension providers.
He has a
successful sales background, both as a consultant and as a
sales manager. During his last eight years with the company he
held the position of Sales Training & Development Manager,
heading up a team of dedicated technical and skills trainers.
This team
was the only third party training provider to have received
full accreditation from the Chartered Insurance Institute and
Arthur himself not only won the ‘Recognising Excellence’ award
from LloydsTSB, but was voted Sales Trainer of the Year in
2003. These awards are run by Quest Media, and recognise the
best in the professional sales industry.
Arthur’s
main areas of expertise are soft skills training, including
sales skills, team building & leadership and he has also built
up a reputation within the financial services industry as an
accomplished motivational speaker.
