Brief description -

This is an in-depth examination of some of the key skills required in the sales process, in order to enhance sales techniques leading to increased completion rates. The session is aimed at both those who are new to sales and also those more experienced sales people wishing to revisit good sales practice and to refresh their enthusiasm. Ideally the delegates should number between 8 and 12.
