Brief
description -
This
development day will allow delegates to enhance their
communicationskills, examine their role within the team and
make more effective use of their face-to-face contact with
colleagues and clients.
The
session is aimed at any supervisor or manager who has day to
day management responsibility for staff and who wishes to
increase or refresh the skills necessary to build positive
relationships within the workplace.
Ideally
the delegates should number between 8 and 12.
