Impacto – a tool for enrolling others

Too often people try to persuade others to their point of view in a proposal or a presentation, without putting themselves in the place of the people they are trying to persuade.

An Impacto conversation takes place in 5 steps, and by expressing the stages in the language and thinking of the target audience, becomes compelling and enrolling.

The 5 steps are:

1. Purpose or Objective
2. Urgency or why now?
3. Destination or where we want to get to
4. Success Path or how to get there
5. Commitment (by both parties)

A typical Impacto conversation takes around 60 minutes, including facilitated feedback.
