How to use the tools
There are 4 ways the tools can be used:
We facilitate a conversation with your people to help you
resolve current, real issues in your organisation – helping
you get alignment, get out of a ‘mess’, get hindsight on a
decision, or make a compelling case.
Secondly Transforming People can run a ‘Taster’ day where we
use an overview of the tools to address real, current issues,
and participants go away with insights on the changes
occurring in their organisation.
Thirdly we can train people to use the tools at a basic level,
again address real, current issues. The duration of this
workshop would depend on the complexity of the situation and
the issues to be addressed, but could be from 2 to 3 days
Finally we can license an organisation to use these tools.
This way your people become change agents in your own
organisation. This can be done on a one to one basis in 2
days, or for a group of up to 10 people in 5 days – the length
of the training is to allow everyone to use each tool at least
once.
